Maine Community Foundation has launched a new online application portal through Salesforce beginning fall 2025. You will automatically be brought to the new portal location when using the Apply and Log In buttons above.
Please note we do not accept paper copies or PDF/Word versions of the application or supporting materials.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need to create an account for the new portal system?
A: Yes, you will need to create a new login for our Salesforce portal.
Q: Will my previous applications and grant reports be transferred over to the new portal?
A: Older applications and reports will not be available on the new portal. We recommend logging into the legacy portal and downloading your previous applications to save for your records. You will be able to do so until March 1, 2026, after which the old portal system will be unavailable for access.
Q: How will I complete optional updates for grants received by my organization in 2025?
A: Optional updates will be completed in our legacy portal until Oct. 1, 2025; after that all requests will come through our new system.
