During Maine Community Foundation’s year-long listening tour across Maine, affordable housing emerged as a top priority everywhere. That is why the foundation is partnering with longtime affordable housing experts at the Genesis Community Loan Fund and engaging other partners to preserve 600-900 units of affordable housing across the state.
