The Maine Community Foundation (MaineCF) seeks reviewers to evaluate grant proposals to its Maine Land Protection grant program.

The Maine Land Protection grant program provides grants for land acquisition or land conservation easement projects that build strong connections between people in Maine/ Wabanaki territory and its land and water. Reviewers will read and recommend proposals for grant funding in 2023.

Last year the Maine Land Protection grant program awarded five grants totaling $153,600. View the 2022 grants here.

Those interested in reviewing proposals must submit this form before Sept. 8. Prospective reviewers will be notified by Sept. 12. Reviewers will receive a $350 stipend in acknowledgement of their time and commitment to the program.

Learn more about the reviewer requirements here and a guide to reviewing proposals here.
