The Statewide Fund is for organizations applying for multi-county projects and for organizations in Kennebec, Sagadahoc, or Lincoln Counties, which currently do not have their own county or regional fund.

- Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust, Brunswick, to support the final phase of a multi-year organizational development and capacity building effort
- Community Concepts, South Paris, to support the Elder Rides program
- Fifth Maine Regiment Museum, Peaks Island, to support the Maine Civil War Trail, comprised of 24 museums who will display themed exhibits simultaneously at 20 sites during the summer of 2013
- Maine Farm to School Work Group, Norway, to support regional and statewide capacity building of the newly forming Maine Farm to School Network
