Richard Ferrier Scholarship Fund

This fund was established by the estate of Richard Ferrier to encourage students to explore the less traditional pathways to an education. Assistance will be provided to students between the ages of 13 and 18 who are residents of Bowdoinham to pursue their artistic, academic, athletic and vocational or life’s passion outside of the traditional school environment (e.g., experiential education, tuition for summer programs or studies, or special athletic instruction). Eligible applicants must be residents of Bowdoinham who clearly demonstrate a need for financial assistance. Preference is given to applicants who have resided in Bowdoinham for at least one full year.
