Professional Advisor Center
Professional advisors are in the unique position not only to serve the philanthropic needs of their clients, but also to significantly affect the quality of life in our state.
Funds established today at the Maine Community Foundation provide a critical stream of income to meet the changing issues, challenges and opportunities of future generations in Maine.
Since 1983, the Maine Community Foundation has been providing donors with flexible, simple, low-cost, tax advantageous, professionally managed means to accomplish their philanthropic goals and provide a legacy for their families and communities.
Among the tools we offer professional advisors is Deciding to Give: A Guide to Personalizing Your Philanthropy. We hope this guide will help assist advisors in starting a conversation with clients about their charitable interests.
