York County Fund
Grant Size: $500 to $7,500
Application Deadline: January 15, May 15
The York County Fund was established in 2007. Starting in 2008, the York County Committee of the Maine Community Foundation will be making grants from the fund through the Community Building Grant Program. This grant program has two deadlines: January 15 and May 15.
The York County Committee is made up of local community leaders who partner with the foundation to build charitable resources to serve the region.

- Camp Laughing Loon, East Waterboro, to provide financial aid for camperships.
- HomeHealth-Visiting Nurses of Southern Maine, Saco, to expand educational scholarships for advanced nursing degree programs.
- Equest Therapeutic Riding Center, Kennebunk, to make scholarships available to disabled public school children who are in need of therapeutic riding but have limited funding available.
- Laudholm Trust, Wells, for introductory and ongoing GIS training for staff in area organizations.
