The Maine Community Foundation strongly believes in the value of project evaluation as a learning instrument for grantees and Foundation staff. For grantees, project evaluation allows for a better understanding of the impact of programs, reasons for success, and areas for improvement. For MaineCF, data collected through project evaluation reports will help inform our grantmaking in the future and allow us to better identify best practices.
