Welcome to the Maine Community Foundation website. The foundation currently manages $180 million in charitable assets, made up of more than 850 funds established by individuals, families and businesses. We awarded $16 million in grants and scholarships in 2007.

Since 1983, Maine people and their professional advisors have relied on the Maine Community Foundation to help them turn their charitable passions into meaningful and effective philanthropy.
