Grant Applications and Other Important Forms

Please be sure to review the guidelines for the grant program you are applying for prior to completing an application.

Grant applications are available in three file formats: PDF, RTF, and Microsoft Word document.

  • If you have Microsoft Word installed on your computer, download the Word Document version. Mac users should use the Word document version.
  • If you use Open Office, WordPerfect, or other non-Microsoft word processing software, download the RTF (Rich Text Format) version.
  • If you do not have any word processing software, download the PDF version of your application.

A very important note: If you use the Word document or RTF version of the application, you must download and save the file, using the "save as" function, before completing it. Your changes will not be saved and the formatting may not work properly unless you download and save the file first.
